Trying to get back on topic...
If the bar is as bad as people say I might as well go to some local bar, get loaded, then head over to see him. How do you guys think parking will be? Will I be able to find a garage that isn't full?

its awesome, turkey ends up being more tender than it would be from cookin in an oven

*edit - the strangest thanksgiving concoction i heard of was turducken..duck stuffed inside a chicken, which is then stuffed into the turkey :wtf: supposed to be good, but i doubt my family or oven is big enough to handle that

Deep fried turkey is really good. One of barosoap's friend's husband does one each year for their Thanksgiving potluck dinner. They're done in peanut oil and the meat ends up really tender. It only takes less than 2 hours and the fryer goes outside and runs on gas.
