there is no need to disrespect the new yorkers for what happened.
i don't respect new york sports wise but it's just sports. to not respect them as a whole by things you have watched or people you have met through the net doesn't make the whole city. |

Don't mean to rain on your parade guys, what happened on 9/11 was a very sad moment for humanity, indeed it was. Nothing could ever justify the actions of terrorism or anything associated with it.
Having said this, hundreds if not thousands of children die every day in Africa from starvation... if making such a big deal for 3,000 innocent lifes is all worth it, then I wonder, what about Africa? |

im no partisan. im thoroughly neutral in partisan politics. and you my friend, are an idiot. the only people that get convinced by these "myriad of resources" are the ones that havent weighed them up alongside competing/contradicting evidence.

I'm so happy I got out of this early. A PDD thread would have turned out a lot better than this (well, maybe). I'm actually pretty disappointed with the normal PDD people in this thread as their normal ability to argue well has turned into schoolyard bickering. I honestly think it's Nou and his stupidity that infected this thread and turned everyone stupid. I really don't understand what the hell's wrong with him and his contempt for the east coast. I've honestly never heard anyone in the east coast, where I live, ridicule people from the PNW. In fact, they're usually viewed pretty well because of their blue state-like mentalities. |
