Uhhhhh, seeing as the country is on the brink of civil war, and many many thousands more are going to die. I don't think anyone is getting justice.

Sort of, but since they dont have their own country (like they wanted), and theyre a minority in the current Iraqi democracy...

speculation, where there was a very powerful leader there is now noone that the majority respects. That is a power vacumm. Also, the views between the different groups are very different, sounds like the conditions are right for civil war.
