Well, aside from Tiesto14 disagreeing with you and calling your methods liberal bull (something like that), we had:

And this, which is probably less relevant but just shows people disliking you and your methods when I argue with you:

So yeah. Not exactly six, but about 600000000000% more than the number of people agreeing with you in that argument: zero.

Here's the thread:

Let me just add that Petran ran off in the original argument and this re-run. The first time because he quoted a magazine that disagreed with what he said, the second time because he was comprehensively and had a nervous breakdown. Fin.
PETRAN
Ha ha ha you are so funny mate lol.
"Booo hooo hooo petran has mollested me in the ass really bad...boo hoo hoo look look...people how other people disagree with him...he is sooo bad llooollll!!!

WTF Tiesto had nothing to do with this, we had an intense political conversation and because he personally didn't like "liberalism" (as a political thesis), he had accused me of stating "liberal bull". . Now these 4 (whatever) "bystanders" were just making single line semi-funny statements. One is just making fun, two are just insulting and the other is supporting the "ambient-house actually exists" think. Now because one person is actually agreeing with you (but without posting a singler line of evidence...)doesn't mean that you were right and i was wrong. you can clearly see in my posts that you were terribly wrong in EVERY-single thing you were saying and that the "ambient-house" was an inllusory genre tailored to describe one project's sound, namely the orb. thank you and -off now.

Still exists though...

I wrote this 4 years ago but it's still relevant today:

In many parts of the world there isn't much electronica on radio, it's restricted to certain parties/clubs and it is up to the individual to seek out this music on their own. The strangle-hold/influence that the USA has on musical tastes worldwide is apparent - both from foreign countries buying into American TV programming and integrating some of their cultural practices (and musical tastes) into their own. This makes it even more difficult to promote electronica. How many 'popular' electronica tracks get produced by people who live outside Europe? Sure, there are a few notables in Canada/USA but if you put the numbers side by side you can clearly see the disparity.

As these European producers begin to age their tastes may begin to shift, many European countries have been exposed to Electronica as a whole for many, many years. North America is way behind music in terms of Electronica - but - will this ever change? How can it. It is becoming increasingly difficult for people in certain states in the USA (and some parts of Canada) to organize big electronica parties because of all the legal requirements AND the increasing rates that many popular European DJs charge to spin their sets.

So, if the demand for Electronica in Europe declines then it would make sense that some of the producers of this music would lose interest and move on to other endeavours in order to make a living - resulting in less and less new, quality content - and a declining interest globally as a consequence.

So to sum that up...

Trance isnt very big in europe anymore, therefor it dies all over the world little by little.

Amiclose?

Not quite - but - these threads are often started by those in USA/Canada who usually haven't had much exposure to dance music. They see what's happening around them as being like it is everywhere else...however, dance music is quite healthy in pockets of the world (Europe, latin america)...it will never be as popular in North America as Europe (for some of the reasons mentioned in the thread I linked to) - but - that may be a good thing.

how can trance be dead?

You've gone from claiming I made it up in mid-argument to knowing everything about it's history. Now correct me if I'm wrong, but the name was coined in response to the work by The KLF, not The Orb.

What it comes down to is you claim "I was there, man", despite being ten years old at the time, so your version of history is apparently automatically correct. Never mind that you are ignorant to significant genres even existing and your account of the era disagrees with countless people who actually did their research, YOU KNOW BEST.

Now, please off following me around springing your incoherent bull at every opportunity. If you were so assured in your victory, you wouldn't bear so much of a grudge.

You came into this thread, posted nothing on topic and made a personal attack on using the phrase "for once". You also come out with "This kid again". You've come into a thread and started talking about me for no real reason with no relevance to anything. You've also made references to that debate in the past when you've posted. Why don't you just leave me the alone?

And bull like "Your father molested you" and "lol... in your dreams" isn't even trying to address anything, it's just your usual brand of loudly stated bollocks that has made you so many friends in your time here.

loool mate. Did i say "Oh SYSTEM-J shut the up?!?I said "Oh no, its this ing kid again...!!!". What made you think that i was refering to you? Maybe i was refering to another poster. Or because i am in an internet cafe, a naughty "ing kid(!)" that i knew entered the place, which in turn made me write in desperation (as thinking loudly)
"oh no...it's this ing kid again...!!!"
In contrast you started attacking me in a really disturbing manner..."And here we have PETRAN the bla bla bla...
Stop chasing me around SYSTEM-J (!)

Hmmmm well see that's your problem. You are here in TA in order to make friends which from a behavioural/social side of things is really abnormal. Anyway...there must be a reason for that...

Ermmm besides that, i'm not bad at all, the way you state i'am. I always try to discuss about music in a pollite nice manner, making recomendations, suggestions, compiling catalogues(when something is relevant with the music i know and like) and all that. In contrast, i always see you respond with all these multiple quotes that usually contain lot's of rude statements and bull attitude and stuff...hmmm.
