My motivation is that exercise makes you not feel like crap. Its a relief. Youll feel better when youre done.

And Im talking specifically about when youre on your period. Doctors seriously tell you to exercise.

It's so true. The crampage and whatnot goes away for a while. It's just getting motivated to actually go when you're feeling like that in the first place.

Gotcha, and yeah, I agree. On a related note, I burned 400 calories on the elliptical this evening.

Nice :D

I like how they show you how many calories you burn. The only problem with mine is that I run on the treadmill with free hand weights, so it isn't taking into account that.

OHH and this was cool. I was running and the cord for my headphones was dangling above the metal hand things that measure your heart beat, and it was picking up a heart beat from the headphones of around 98-108. It was neat.
