not always, but i think it's gender based, eg guys like spanish girls speaking it, but dont get anything out of guys & vice versa.
these apartments we goto most years, the owner has 2 daughters & a son, and one of the daughters is hot as hell (mid 20s) and when she speaks english or spanish it's hot :D |

To save time, and at the risk of grouping regions that need to be studied separately, I generalized. I'm aware of the different accents for each country. There are also variations of the accent within each country. |
