Yeap, I remember that day clear as water too. EdgarV closed he's set with " Invasion over berlin " i think thats the name. Oakey played this breaks mix of Madonna's, started with Lostit.com - Animal or something..
Solar's stones tune came right after Flesh ( tiesto's mix ).. right before Urban Train too.. so it was the second to last track.. anyways yea, good stuff :) |

that was my first time hearing Edgar V. I didn't even know who he was!
I caught the last 30 mins of Edgar just to get good seats for Oakey.
and remember it was SOO HOT that his vinyls started warping??
They had to cover the right side of the stage!! :stongue: |

it starts with edgar using invation of berlin, and then you see this really nasty warped record that oakenfold somehow manages to mix in..how i have no idea..lol
i have the non rotary version of that mixer they were using, its a stanton one. in the middle of the set they had to move over the dj booth and u see the securitys and everyoen else helping out..lol edgar was a fatty back then man..LOL
no offense bro, ur music is great and uve slimmed down, but you were chunked out back in the day ;) you played some great music back then too. i used to love Fridays @ Space |
