Realistically getting into the 120's is a lot easier for her in a shorter term of a 3-4weeks and be a bit healthier. Than say aiming for the mid 130's which would fill her out and be a lot more work in the gym and aiming for a result which can be quite daunting and off-putting.
At the end of it all, if she's healthy with what she weighs in at and happy with the way she looks then just leave it alone. |

I include myself in the "too skinny"-group, and as a guy it's not that flattering. :p I want to get bigger, but since I'm so lazy I never get around to hit the gym. I need a serious kick in the ass.

Hahahah, I just did the dumbest thing, but it had me cracking up. I clicked my weight and height, and then slowly increased the weight to watch the little stick figure get fatter. Somehow, this struck me as very comical.

That BMI thing is bollocks.
I'm 5'11" and 187lbs, and it says that I am slightly overweight.
Anyone who knows me is that I am faaaar from being anywhere near overweight :haha: |
