How skinny is too skinny? (pg. 9)

I'm about 5'10" and 136 lbs. It's just impossible for me to gain weight. I don't eat a lot though, I don't have enough of an appetite.
As for girls, I like them skinny but toned. |

there is skinny as in diamter, and skinny as in fat content, and wayyyy to many factors to draw a hard line
if a doctor says youre unhealthy, if your mineral counts are too low, if your cholesterol is too low and your fat is too low you are creating brain damage, digestive issues, enzyme reduction, and many life shortening issues as well as quality of life issues such as energy.
