The attack is filmed at a distance, and according to the date given at the beginning of the video, it occurred on July 21, 2006.

The choice of Qur’anic verses placed in the video, scenes of the American invasion of Afghanistan following September11 and aggression against Muslims, and the eventual attack, focus the presentation as a propaganda piece glorifying “martyrdom” operations.

I'm not sure I understand which side erdega is on.

It's one thing to be aware of both sides of an argument however it's entirely different if one thinks that by spamming such tripe actually convinces anybody of anything.

Good Canadians soldiers are dying over there for something erdega obviously doesn't understand, or wants to; concept lost.

This kind of spam posting is simple immature glorification of death which clearly breaks the first rule of PDD:

Please refrain from flooding, it looks like you're trying to sell insurance rather than show a point of view.

And Q5, in case that comment was made toward me, remember I can't read every thread every day. It would be nice if, instead, you decided to cooperate and pm'd me whenever a thread seems to be "out of hand".

edit: As for the graphic material, linking to sites outside TA would be fine, I guess, along with a NSFW warning. As long as the pics/vids are not posted directly here, people should be responsible for the content they decide to watch outside of these boards.

If you've got a different opinion, or a suggestion, do tell - I like to hear the users :)

What the hell is the point of that retarded spamming on previous page? Duh, its obvious the terrorists like to videotape their work. Obviously they exist, no doubt about it. Too bad American forces dont follow the same videotaping scenario when they shoot innocent civilians ... I read plenty of articles and watched clips on television where bloodied Afghani civilians were telling the camera how disoriented Americans, scared and panicking shooting at will. Around Kabul last year that actually resulted in a big Afghani riot that eventually killed over 100 people. But you dont see American government or pro-American forces showing Americans shooting the civilians, do you?

EDIT: Actually, these clips just show that these "terrorists" are quite moderate, and instead of bombing and shooting civilians at will they instead aim at occupational forces. Thats part of the war. They cant engage them openly because Americans and NATO outnumber, outgun and outmaneuvre them, so thats what they do to succeed. How else do you expect the resistance to successfully attack the enemy?
