Love your posting of graphic pictures which is specifically against forum rules.

One thing you forgot to post is pictures of Israeli civilians killed by rockets launched by terrorists.

The same terrorists that hide among the innocent people of Lebanon.

The same terrorists that launch their attacks from civilian population centers like a bunch of ing cowards, knowing that Israel will be forced to respond and civilians will be killed in the crossfire. Which gives the terrorists the wonderful propaganda photos you have posted here.

Its amusing to me that the terrorist lovers on this forum have such devotion to terrorist causes that they don't see anything wrong with the terrorists directly using civilians as pawns in their propaganda war.

"When they say 900,000 people are displaced, that is a quarter of the population."

At least 1,181 people were killed in Lebanon by the war that ended this week. The Israeli death toll was 157.

Some peace loving state of Israel huh?

And the ban/policy on posting graphic pictures is retarded... People need to know the truth...

Whatever, it's still the policy of this forum. It was put in place specifically because of a few terrorist lovers in this forum were creating thread after thread filled with nothing but their propaganda photos and videos. That post is a prime example. It’s filled with pictures of Lebanese civilians accidentally killed by Israel but leaves out the pictures of Israeli civilians killed by Hezbollah terrorist rocket attacks against Israel. This is a political discussion forum, not an avenue for terrorist lovers to spread their propaganda.

How do you expect Israel to remain a peace loving state when its citizens are murdered by coward Hezbollah terrorists launching rocket attacks from civilian areas inside Lebanon. The Lebanese government needs to remove Hezbollah from its country and then Israel would have no reason to attack. If they are unable to do this themselves I'm sure a UN multi-national force would assist them if asked.

Quite amused.

1. Pictures prove nothing. I can post pictures all day of dead Israeli children, or people jumping out of the towers on 9/11.

2. If you can't counter argue by yourself, you shouldn't be here. I'm not going to chase all your links. I don't have the time. You can argue with the source somewhere inside of your piece. Posting links is not an argument.

So much for the freedom of speech and thought you guys preach of. Again, you are repeating yourself with no actual argument.

Oh and kids drawing on their missiles that you know are going to hurt another kid is an act of pride? You see where the barbarianism actually lies?

So we post pictures (that speak a thousand words btw) and you think it's propaganda... And on the other hand, you can listen to CNN and Fox spew their all day long with their so called "analysts" that havn't even been to the middle east, let alone LIVE in that part of the world!

I think it all comes down to a man's willingness to actually listen to whats being said.

Remember, sometimes only a hint is enough for someone whose actually willing to seek out the truth.

Hmmm, remind me again how many civilians did Israeli bombs and troops kill? Please let me know exactly how many Israeli civilians were killed in that conflict at the hands of Hezbollah and provide me with the ratio of Lebanese/Israeli civilians ;-)

Then tell me who is the more civilized side of the conflict after answering these questions additionally: Which one violated the other country's sovereignity? Which one illegally occupied, cluster bombed [against Geneva conventions] and destroyed much of the infrastructure of the other? Did Israel apologize, pay reparations and acknowledge its mistakes? How much money did Israel pay to its own citizens who suffered versus how much it paid to the families of dead Lebanese civilians?

How can any conflict involving any type of weapon be civilized?
Innocents always end up dead, that is far from civilized in my opinion.

There is no argument here. You can check every post I've made in this forum and never once have I posted some propaganda photo or just a link to some propaganda web site like certain people who I won't bother to name do on a regular basis.

Posting photos showing dead civilians from one side of a war without showing photos of the civilian deaths caused by the other side's terrorist rocket attacks is propaganda. Its trying to make it look like only Israel is killing innocents when you know damn well the other side is doing the same thing. Actually they are doing worse, because they launch their rocket attacks from civilian population centers attempting to use them as a shield, knowing that Israel will strike back. And then when civilians are killed in the crossfire the terrorists take pictures of it and use it in their propaganda. Its probably about the most cowardly act I can think of, hiding behind innocent civilians.

Propaganda photos like that don't promote the truth you are talking about, they promote a distorted, one sided view of a situation.

Agreed!

which is why the posting of such images is not allowd in this forum in that respect.
Those who have posted and still continue to post them (and are in danger of a suspension if they do so again!) post them from ONE point of view, the side they happen to support, yes we appreciate that suffering is happening on your side but hey, the same is true for the other side involved too.

So why not let people post whatever content they want to post? Just keep it heavily moderated.

And by the way isn't this a political discussion forum? So what's with the "sides". Why not look at yourselves like a bunch of people here to discuss ideas and notions? Just because I agree/disagree with someone doesn't mean I'm their friend or their enemy.

because some of us have jobs that we would not like to have jeopardized by the wrong picture being on the screen at the right time.

in order to break the monotony of the day-to-day work thing, i choose to entertain myself with this and another forum. the last thing i need is to scroll down to a picture that some overly righteous dingbat decided contained enough "shock value" to make his point.

if it's a picture that you reallllllly feel needs to be referenced, spend a thousand words describing it. if you can't make the point without the picture, you may want to stick to myspace.

Ahhh, shielding yourself from a very real problem is no way to deal with it. As far as work goes, you've got the rationality stay away from a certain page and/or post... I think you could take care of that can't you? :)

But in any case, I'm done for today. So long.
