if we're eating at embarcadero center, there's always the monte cristo cafe... large but intimate venue, large party seating, indoor/outdoor, view of embaradero/ferry building... might wanna ask j00f what kind of food he wants. iirc he likes meat & potatos, hates sushi :toothless |

my buddy who works at embarcadero recommended these restaurants in the area...
One Market - very consistent, awesome wine pairing
Boulevard - good food, underrated IMO
Butterfly - awesome environment. quasi-younger crowd
Chaya - french/japanese fusion. excellent desserts

Let's not forget we aren't peeps full of $$$....so a medium should be found that pleases everyone.
It's a dinner. Don't have to pick a place because of the view, IMO. Remember the objective is to be able to have good conversations, so picking a place that's not going to be packed and/or noise should be of high importance. Was always an important factor when choosing prev dinners with DJs!
If I can come I prob won't eat. Too poor and don't like to be weighed down going into an event.
