Getting there that early and wher eit's at, it shouldn't be too bad.
That Chevy's def more of a weekday business crowd attraction. Embarcadero Center is dead in the evening and on weekends...why it closes at like 6pm or 7pm :p. |

AddictedSF will be in full force tonight, as not only will I be on decks, but so will Arty. Combining with me once again for a a special 2 hour Battle set!
Arty and I will be doing a 2x2 or 3x3 Style battle showcasing some of the newest and hottest tracks, utilizing the complete setup. That means turntables, CDJ's and my laptops. Verrrry Progyyy.. right on the edge ! You guys will love this as I have been experimenting with new stuff, and so has Arty!
Also, TA's assemble in the cirque lounge so I can snap some pics of us all together!!

last event was Above & Beyond in April last year...before that it was like 2004 before Spundae moved to Ruby

I won't be able to make it out to this one. Pretty bumed about this one. Worked just called and asked me to come in at 7am. Then I'll have to be at the record store till 7pm. I've got a long day tommorow, as well as long work week ahead of me.

6:48AM..... Morning...
Aside going through my vinyl and only finding one JOOF record which really pissed me off.... from missing the dinner...being an hour late to my set cause I was stuck on the bay bridge for like 30 minutes...
I had a great frickin time.
Thanks for everyone who came out in support for AddictedSF. Some of you were itchin for me to come on. Initially both me and Arty were to battle. deng it.
I freakin wish I could have made it to the dinner on time. But was going through my records in the garage, trying to find where the heck my pystrance collection was. I only have about 4-5,000 records. Man, ..
Im also happy that you all had a taste of Arty's Djin too. He really loved you all being down there in support, and was holding things down till I got there. From what I hear he was doing a great job. Good stuff.
Some of you were waiting for me to come on, but dissapeared when Ishmael came on. SHEESH, WHERES THE LOYALTY??? :D hehe Its all good, Im glad everyone had a great time!
Most of my night was spent wandering the club. Alot of you greated me all kinds, and wished me luck for next week. Ya, final preperations for this are in the works. I have a few contests for you guys, and will also be advertising this locally and on myspace.com.
But ya, the highlight of last night was when Rich was whistling and I told him to shut up cause I was trying to listen to the music. JOOF freakin was laughin. He had a great time, and loves 1015. Im sure he will be coming back to do it again sometime soon.
Ill have pics soon, Ima up them today while im working on the new Thrillseekers video. If someone here has Jarretts number, please PM it to me, so I can let him know what im doing with the video and get things ready to showcase it at the club.

It was a flat out super fun amazing night.
Ishmael (Knightlife415) did an amazing job opening for J00F. Don't know how much better anyone else could ever do....style fit perfectly. The energy was perfect. And it ended in the perfect spot and J00F just kept on going!
The night FLEW by though. When it came time for J00F to be done I was saying there was no way it was 4am yet! But it was!! |

I was a bit late getting in since I tried getting some zzzzz after Friday Night/Saturday Morning partying. I was able to catch the last hour of Ish set and the MAN did not disapoint. Great job Ish, great fcuking job:whip:
JOOF looked like he had a blast. He constantly played around 140bpm that got everyone spinning. Tons of energy in his set. Taj did a smooth transition. He play a few psy trance, then trance.
Jinny and I were bouncing 'til 6:30am. What a night. It was nice hanging out with you guys again. |
