any preference towards asian, european or latin cuisine? what about a price range? most decent places in sf serve vegetarian so that shouldn't be an issue.
chevy's embarcadero had some nice scenery and was nice and empty, but their food is just as subpar as it's ever been and holy god wtf customer service! :nervous: |

Ya Chevy's is horrible, I couldn't decide what to eat that night. I really wanted a good steak
So far have these places from friends recommendations:
Café Gratitude
Cha Cha Cha
then theres always California Pizza Kitchen, a few friends wanted it for J00Fs dinner actually. too bad the only Bennigan's in the bay area is in santa clara and there's no TGIF in the city :( |

Hi everybody,
1015 and Taj have decided something great for this night. The newly renovated... upstairs blue room will be utilized this night for a special Meet & Greet with legendary Trance Dj Steve Helstrip.
Steve loves all his fans, this is your chance like never before, to get up close and personal with him.
Considering the dinner that will happen earlier this night, everything can be signed and such during this hour, rather than bringing them to the dinner. So do show your love for Steve by brining your vinyl. cds, flyers of this event, and cameras.
1130 -1230 autograph meet and greet.
This means you will be able to meet steve, have him sign your autogrpahs or records, talk to him briefly, and kick it for a while.
Below is also a shot of the special T-Shirt commemerating the evening. A limit of T-Shirts will be given, along side limited copies of his newest CD Release, Nightmusic 2.
If you have a copy already, wouldnt it be grand to own one signed by The Thrillseekers?
I will also be releasing my June mix as well, more details on this as this night draws closer. A limit of 100 copies of my mix will be given this night.

OMG REALLY HOW AWESOME, DAMN WE NEED TO GET THAT CD WOULD LOVE FOR STEVE TO SIGN IT, HE'S SO GENUINE!
OH I FORGOT TO MENTION SOME RESTAURANTS FOR VEGGIES LIKE US, THERE'S HERBIVORE WHICH IS MODESTLY PRICED AND HAS YUMMY VEGAN FOOD THAT ISN'T TOO UNCONVENTIONAL. CAFE GRATITUDE IS GREAT FOR PEOPLE WHO ARE ACCOSTUMED TO THE FLAVORS, TEXTURES, AND PAIRINGS OF VEGAN FOOD. THIS RESTAURANT IS NOT FOR THE MEAT EATER WHO DOESN'T EVEN KNOW WHAT TOFU TASTE LIKE. THEN THERE IS OF COURSE MILLENIUM WHICH IS WAY TOO EXPENSIVE BUT DAMN GOOD, AND GREENS WHICH IS ALSO A BIT PRICEY. THERE ARE IN FACT PLENTY OF RESTAURANTS IN THE CITY THAT ACCOMODATE VEGGIES THAT ARE NOT SOLELY VEGAN RESTAURANTS SO THEN THE CARNIVORES CAN ENJOY THEIR MEAL WITHOUT FEELING A VOID AFTERWARDS.:tongue2 |
