It'd be quite dumb to make it 18+ anyway because SvD is definitely not for kids, unlike Armin & Tiësto. |
:haha:
LMAO! |

Thats a weird comment.... SVD not for kids. LOL. If anything PvD is not for kids either, and he has the most all ages/18+ shows.
It wont be 18+, only for girls it would. Tickets should be available to public online soon. To buy from a person you know. Odds are they will get there tickets to sell about 2 and half weeks or so, at most. |

| kids or no kids. lol most of you crowd up by a speaker anyways so it gives you something to make fun of while ur listenin to dope beats :) honestly every time i see one of those 'E Orgies' at events i think of the Ali G show, when he interviews someone from the FDA and a narcotics unit..and asks them if there really is a chemical in ecstasy that makes you dance like a prick..lmao... |

Space is not doing friday parties anymore, if a one off trancer happens to come so be it.
This party is definitely not confirmed as of yet, I talked to about every person at space whilst drinking myself retarded in the booth this past weekend. That still doesn't mean its not happening just that no one who works there nor any of their top promoters that I see on a weekly basis know of this.
Oscar G is still scheduled to play that nite, and since this nite at midnite turns into our birthday, I still hope for OG. Like I said before if svd is there, well by default i will check him out or at least the end of his set since getting to space before 4 am is never in my agenda, since there are 372656 other dope parties beachside that are going on,(one of which will be the launch of this year's bday activities,) and all the cool kids go to space in the morning anyway, lol. (that was a joke although a bit sureal)
So I guess this one if it indeed is happening is under wraps to the folks at space.
I can say one thing and that is that LP doesn't take chances, and not to discount the talent of svd, cause i know he is good, peeps don't get to play space unless they are already under contract, or have come with a recommendation of someone close to the space people. Basically a saturday nite at space and trance are done, its not this bull bickering between folks on this board about what type of edm is better, its because of this thing called money, and this other thing called business. The two go hand and hand, and good business has one thing in mind, profit. If he does get a shot at the controls, He has to be on point, there have a been many a dj's who get yanked off midset if the people aren't feeling it.
I guess we will see as the time comes closer, and if so it would be nice to see some of you all since its been a while, even if i don't remember it still counts. heh |

| SVD absolutely destroyed Vanguard in L.A. a month ago. The last hour of his 3hr. set was so massively wide open full throttle that I would've bet my last dollar that somebody was going to die of a heartattack! I was bouncing around so hard that night I pulled a muscle in my leg. He was ing amazing. I'm buying my tix the moment they go on sale... |

No doubt that is true. First couple of years Space was about pushing the envelope musically bringing DJs no one else would, now it's more about pushing the cash register as easily as possible
However if you look back a couple of months you'll notice Space has not booked any big name guest house DJs either. In fact over the summer Space had 3 nights (before this weekend's CJ party) with guest name DJs, and they were Edgar V, PVD and Acosta. So there is still trance on Saturdays, and LP still cashes in every single time. Since SVD's booking fees are not high at all, by charging an extra 2 or 3 dollars per head LP pays SVD's bill. That is not taking much of a chance in my book, and to LP is a joke. He'll just charge 10 to 15 more per head and make some profit.
We'll see what happens. Either way you're in the right city to celebrate and have a good b-day |

Rzo parties like every weekend is his Bday.:happy2:
This thread is getting weird because of the all the 'insider' info scoop. Which is kinda lame.
They need to already be promoting this party if it actually DOES happen.
No more of this unsure business. It's less than a month away! |
