It's not quite 100% confirmed, but it looks like Gene (owner) wants to retire. He told me himself.
Arena is on that closing list too. |

if avalon and circus/arena leave, vanguard can and might increase their prices and consumers wont have a choice since there are no other competitors =( oh no!
