Vrij leuke avond toch wel; een stuk beter dan 2j geleden.
Hoogtepunten waren voor mij duidelijk Ferry, Tiësto & Rank 1.
Van Ferry's setje herkende ik bijna niets; maar hij deed de platen wel goed uit de verf komen. Redelijk wat sfeer en strakke mixing maakten het af. Sebiet eens downloaden en herbeluisteren.
Tiësto speelde een echte festivalset. Geen pop, geen tonnen stomme overbodige vocals maar banging van begin tot einde. Miss dat het op een gegeven moment wat eentonig werd; maar een leuke classic hier en daar verdrong dat weer. Zijn overgangen waren weer typisch Tiesto en dus geweldig :tongue3
Het geluid in High Contrast vond ik wel goed eigenlijk: lekker hard. Er was nog veel sfeer tijdens Rank 1 en ook zij speelden een typische festivalset zodat het tot de laatste plaat energiek bleef. Met hen kun je moeilijk missen :)
Nog eens speciale vermelding voor "Arnej - They Always Come Back"; wat een geweldig nummer op groot systeem :D |

Der is trouwens een M.I.K.E. remix van ook, die zat in de laatste GDJB.
Maar het origineel vind ik nog altijd een stuk beter. |
