actually its not. u mentioned there were latin kings in New York which surprised me and since GD's/BD's(gangsta disciples/black disciples) are their rivals in Chicago, thats why i asked if they existed in New York as well |

latin kings started out in chicago. one of their members fled chicago to avoid going to jail and went to new york to start the ny chapter. i watched a whole show about them on history channel. |
