| hmm.. i guess floating would be cool, but that would put me in the position, where 1 MILLION people could see how crappy i dance!! uh oh.. that would be too embarrasing.. (plus i am not sure if there is a bathroom on the float.. mr well-hydrated might have a problem with that :D) |

I'm really sorry, but I can only take my gf with me. All I can do is offer you to get tickets for the float, but they are kinda expensive. Last year was 75 €.

well, as I just said you can BUY tickets for most floats. Some were up to 150 € and blackmarket I heard of 500 €. I am lucky enough to spin for someone who organizes a truck, so I can go for free. Otherwise I would rather be in the crowd, you have more chances to see different floats and walk with them for a while.... |

The information that Dawn gave us is really useful! I guess me, evil_bastard and co will have something to do on the WEdnesday night.
Argh, still need to find somewhere to stay on Wednesday, Thursday and possibly Friday evening!
Anyone know of any decent accomodation in /near HAmburg? |

Jeah i have got the same Problem, too :D
When I saw the truck from the German-Football-Champion "Borussia Dortmund" cruising for Hours in town, without a stop, i couldn´t imagine to stay that long without a toilet (of course when drinking beer it´s almost imposible) :thepirate |

| a girlfriend of mine was on the Ameland truck last year, and she had to pee, so she went in the corner of the truck to kinda pee...and she didn't realise people could see her :D so when she got up there was this whole bunch of ppl whistling and shoutin :D |

If we were to book a hostel on the thursday and Friday night in Berlin, would they let us sleep in there throughout the day on Friday?
Cos we'll need to get a LOT of sleep beforehand if we're going to go for 2 days and 2 nights without sleep, and then Love from Above will be like our "morning" as we'll just have got out of bed :D |
