Berlin Love Parade, I need your help (pg. 13)

I will have a look now. Although, if this Wednesday night is on late, we could just not go to bed on thursday night, and sleep on the coach to Berlin. I would imagine the trip will be a few hours, and we can gain the rest of the sleep we lost on in the evening in a hostel in Berlin.
DJ Dawn, how late does this Wednesday trance event finish?
I have got my money in through the bank now, so I have the money to book everything. Now to hunt down some available accomodation! |

i haven't been there till the end for years, but I guess it's at least 5 am-ish. Not really late, but for a wednesday....
I'd offer a place to sleep at my house, but I think I don't have enough space plus my girlfriend has college tests on thursday and friday :(
if you can't find anything (hotel), I can try to find a place. Just tell me how much you can spend and if you want to be close to the busstation....

5am is bloody good for mid-week. All we have in Newcastle in the mid-week is Solid @ The Playrooms, and that is mostly hard house!
For accomodation, we are looking for as cheap as possible, proximity to the bus station would certainly be a bonus as I think we will probably be going by coach.
If it comes down to it, it's not absolutely vital, so long as we can find a place to leave our bags and a morning coach journey we will be all sorted.
By the way, in the UK forum they are going to Summer Sound System as Hippies, and for Global Gathering, we are thinking of going as monks! I think a load of monks raving to trance music would look mental!
Do you guys wanna do a whacky fancy-dress theme for the Love Parade? I'm up for anything if you guys are :D |

ACcomodation near a bus station would be good, and price isn't a problem, as long as its not hundreds of Euro's a night :)

Price is a problem for us though! You can stay in your swanky 5 star while we'll eat beans in a hostel :D
Naa seriously though, we will be in Germany for two weeks, and are hoping to come back with as much as possible for Global Gathering, so we're budgetting everything :D
We still need to know the street lingo for asking for pills in German. Someone must know it. |

mmh....there may be local differences (Berlin?), but I'm always asked for "Teile" oder "Dinger" ...both roughly meaning "things":gsmile:
"Hast Du (insert needed item here)?" should work. |

why are u in need of drugs
as far as i'm concerned i would need a huge amount of pills,drugs
when i couldn't hear this gr8 music!!!..this music keeps me alive..u don't have to dance all the time...stay stable,quiet,non-wriggled and just listen to da marvelous sound...u feel like dancing in the atmosphere
can u only hear electronic music when u are "drugged"..omg, my little infants i think it's better u go to mummy and get ur milk bottle ready
