Congrats for the Juno...but I'm not at all surprised that nobody has started a new thread on this. Mainly because I'd say 90% of the Deadmau5 thread's were started by Deadmau5 himself. |

| and i just checked out some of those threads..to be honest...it's kinda cool that the guy is still on here posting and keeping people informed..it actually goes against the whole diva image that he's been labeled with by some on this thread......most dj's that make it big don't have the time or day to communicate with any of their "fans" in a personal manner...if i were him tho..i'd stop posting on here...why bother....so people can hate on you? |

i have no illusion about how he is...he's never done anything to me personally...all i have to judge him by are his words on this board..and from what i can tell..the guy seems to be pretty down to earth...on top of it..when people were bashing him in the review thread...he handled it pretty well AND addressed people's questions/concerns etc...he didn't get pissed and start bashing people who were obviously bashing him..to me that shows a certain amount of restraint and class...
i can imagine how come people on here would act if their body of work was insulted ...then the diva's would come out..
so please don't think i'm some disillusioned person..i just call it how i see it.. |

Everyone is really blowing this whole thing out of proportion.
Deadmau5 is just a regular guy. So what he started a few threads to fill everyone in about whats going on with his career.
Its nice to see someone from the Toronto scene achieve such great success! |
