| This is why I never buy games before release. You always end up running into some bull like that. Some people get their games late - some people get their reserved copies sold. Better to camp at the door on opening day and be the first one in. That's probably what I'll do for starcraft 2. |

The only hope I'm holding out for is that they'll get their shipment in this afternoon and call the few people who've paid for the whole thing to come and pick it up yet tonight.
I know, total ing longshot, but right now it's the only way I'll play it today.
:(
I really hate the vast majority of people employed at video game stores. |

Call later in the evening.
Maybe the morning shift manager has no clue as to the details of the evening shift. |

It's official, 0% chance I'll get it today. I was told that they've already got them but not a one will go out the door until tomorrow morning at 8.

I go in at 6am tomorrow to set out the new releases including GTA4. I'm most definitely setting one aside for myself and getting it on my first break.

:stongue: That is the truth. They kiss the asses of Halo 3 and Super Mario Sunshine, both wholly mediocre games, but yet give Heavenly Sword a 7.0 (a game I believe to be outstanding)...but even IGN should be noticed when they hand out a 10 when they NEVER do such a thing unless the game is a god among games. |

You don't need a gold account to play online, and there are more 360's in American homes than there are PS3's.

Actually, don't you need Gold to play online? I thought that was the whole point. :conf: |

Depends on the title and in some cases, what type of online play you're looking for.
You absolutely do not need a gold account to play games online. |

| Blockbuster FTW! The graphics are brilliant and great soundtrack: One + One, Deadmau5, Kavinsky, Justice, Nitzer Ebb, Chris Lake, Boys Noize all hosted by Francois K, plus hardcore, metal and even R. Kelly...back to drinking Guinness and fightin Russians while exploring, this city is confusing! |

You need GOLD to play Multiplayer games online.
You only need Silver to access the online store to buy videos/add-ons etc. |
