This is a big time trade. I just hope Miles Austin lines up as the #3 receiver in the slot, the kid has alot of potential and has been stellar this year. With Romo out, Brad Johnson needs someone else to throw to, and one of his best years in the NFL was when he was throwing to Moss, so - now he has 2 Moss' on his team in Owens and Williams.

Having those 2 guys will cause such mismatches on offense its retarded. You got Owens, Williams and Austin at WR, Witten at TE, Barber III at RB, if Romo cant win a SB with this offense, he needs to go.

I would hardly compare Roy Williams to anything approaching Randy Moss, and Terrell Owens is a completely different kind of receiver altogether.

And Brad Johnson played with Randy Moss for two games in 1999 - the glory days of the Vikings came with Randall Cunningham and Daunte Culpepper.

When Brad Johnson came back to the Vikings in 2005, Randy Moss opened the season in Oakland, so I don't know what the hell you're talking about.

I could swear he played a season with them Moss' rookie year. Guess Im wrong (it was 11 years ago, excuse me for my foggy memory), In any case... dude, all Im trying to say here is that you got 2 incredibly skilled receivers that are huge and can catch.

PS: IT WAS 11 YEARS SINCE MOSS WAS DRAFTED!! WHERE HAS THE TIME GONE?!?!

You guys are missing the point. TO is an amazing athlete, but at 34 how much longer can he keep going? But...

- Tony Romo... 27
- Jason Witten... 27
- Roy Williams... 27

I don't think Roy is so much a short-term solution, but more of a long-term replacement for Owens.

I just don't find Romo to be intelligent enough to win a Super Bowl. But maybe if you overload a team with a bunch of dumbass talented atheletes something can come out of it, who knows.

I think TO still has a few years left in him, at least 4-5 IMO.

They are already saying that LT is done, and hes only 29.

Kurt Warner did it.

Thats horse , theyre judging him by the beginning of this season. Do people not realize that he has a ed up big toe, and that he cant cut and step like he used to. In the game against NE, we got a glimpse of vintage LT. He will be fine, just let that toe heal up.

Yeah they were talking about it during the Pats game, that even when he heals they dont think he will last.

I guess there is someone dumber that Bush, go figure...

Hes never been significantly injured throughout his career... Its just that defenses have pretty much focused their attention on him only, letting the DBs handle man coverage on the receivers - leaving 8 in the box to handle LT. Considering the sick sideline to sideline speed of LBs now, the closing speed on LT is much greater now.

i'm just wonder if this roy williams trade is a good thing or not? Of course Roy Williams is a great talent at WR, but he's most effective as a slot(Y position). T.O. plays the slot(Y position). When you have 2 slot receivers fighting for at least 10 balls thrown their way, not many opportunities for Witten, who is a key part of their offense. I don't think Barber's touches are going to drop, especially with Felix Jones' injury. Crayton and Austin fill the role as deep wide outs very well. I guess we will see if Williams and Owens can co-exist with one another. We all know how Williams and Owens cry a lot about the amount of balls thrown their way.

What a beautiful day in football. First, I watch the Cowboys lose. Did I ever tell you guys how much I enjoy that? Well its second to seeing the Redskins win. :D I was afraid we wouldnt pull it off, but we did. Thankfully.

I think the Cowgirls will be alright. Don't worry Cowgirl fans!

now how could this be unsportsmanlike conduct? :conf:
