always =/= 50 percent.

Saints go a decent 2-2 in a semi competitive first month. The loses to the Skins and Broncos could have gone either way. I was not too happy with the Saints play calling in the 4th quarter against the Skins, and the Broncos game was an ol' fashion shootout, so it could have gone either way. Anyways, I feel comfortable with the way the Saints are going, especially after the outcome of the 49ers game. Pass defense looked a bit better, run defense was solid, and Deuce is back (thank god). They really need some muscle at running back.

We are a 4th quarter team.

My theory was that at the half time, they just added rocket sauce to Tomlinsons gatorade bottle.

P.S. Packers finally showing their horribleness, and Cowboys finally had to choke a game against a decent team. I felt redskins had a good shot.

Yes, showing their horribleness by having what? Four, five starters injured?

The only thing they're showing is a lack of depth on the bench.

The Eagles so should have won that game

edit: I credit the Bears D for closing out this game

1. "horribleness" :haha: :haha: :haha:

2. Cowboys didn't choke today. Redskins just outplayed the Cowboys

Ok, so they're mildly entertaining when healthy. Still, with Rodger's out, you'll be lucky to beat St.Louis. So stop blaming injuries on the cheese-head woes, Rodgers and Jennings are about the only decent thing left in Green Bay.

Just cause Romo and company didn't score 80 TDs, doesn't mean the defense can make Campbell look like Tom Brady all day. Too much time in the pockets, good running lanes when the skins needed it. Let them eat up way too much time in the 2nd half when the D needs to step it up and stop the drive for the offense. Which sucks, cause I had high expectations for Dallas D, and so far, they haven't proven their salary/pro bowl appearances one bit these past 4 weeks. (over rated except DeMarcus Ware, hes super beast).

I still think the Eagles are the scariest team in the NFC, McNabb healthy, and now with Deshaun Jackson (kid has some explosiveness to him, aslong as he doesnt drop TD's before the goal line), Reggie Brown, and soon Kevin Curtis, also Westbrook running all up in your face. Their defense has also shown to be very scary these past four weeks. I think the Eagles are gonna be ready for another Super Bowl visit this year.

McNabb looked like such a clown standing there on the sidelines with this visor on watching the Bears run out the clock. Right after his offense couldn't manage to put the ball in the endzone from the 1 yard line. The Philly D really stepped up there at the end and let the Bears get that extra first down to make sure that McNabb had 30 seconds and no time outs to try and win the game. The NFC East sure looked like yesterday.

I think this victory for the Bears will finally get them going. The NFC Central is still up for grabs, but with a shaky Rodgers in Green Bay da Bears will be the elite team in the division. GO BEARS!!

:stongue:

You keep telling yourself that.

It isn't as if idiots like you who shoot their mouths off without a clue solely to try and get a response are somehow new - I get the feeling you must enjoy chatting sports with Ecnai and Kapedano. ;)
