i got a part time job at this pretty popular nightclub to work the door with the VIP director and take people to their VIP tables, bla bla bla. but i mainly hang around the front door with these bitchy brazilian girls who really enjoy being bitches to people and making them go in the other entrance and telling them they can't have one more person come to their table because they only bought one bottle. lol
it's like WHO ING CARES JESUS CHRIST. the markup on those bottles should be illegal as far as i'm concerned and these people just wanna get in and have a good time and spend money.
i have more fun ing around with the big black door guy or the busser guys talking about hip hop all night than i do chatting with these catty bitches. they are on such power trips. it's almost like they feel their job there is to rain on everyone's parade.
i just don't have it in me to be a part of this industry other than going there to be a customer.
also, this lady was pissd because she threw a party there and had a gueslist and the people weren't being allowed in or they were being charged a cover (i forget exactly what the issue was) but it was for the boys and girls club of america, and the whole time i kept thinking that this was all for a good cause so why were the door people and managers being such dicks about it? no one really sees the bigger picture, they are all just wrapped up in their stupid little egotistical politics.

A buddy of mine used to be Sasha's NA tour manager, so he put me and my friends all on his (Sasha's) guest list when he was here...
So we're lined up in the VIP line and my friend starts feeling sick, and spits a couple times to avoid puking.
Well the bitch working the line goes "Um excuse, VIPs don't puke in the line-up, are you on a guest list? :rolleyes: "
And I was like "Yeah, we are." So she asks whose, and I tell her Sasha's. She rolls her eyes again and sighs like I'm bullting, but then scans the list and finds all of our names on it. And that pretty much shut her right the up. Stupid whore.

thank god clubs in Oslo arent like that.. or, you have a few places where rich people can pay to be called VIP, but most clubs where they play EDM is basically PLUR all the way.. u wont get in if yur rolling of your , but other than that most people can get in, and there is little to no fighting, and people are there more for the music than to pick up girls..

the club i work at is mostly hip hop with some electro and mashups thrown in the mix. it's actually really easy listening stuff, i love the DJ there. he throws down some impressive hip hop and then he throws in some typical too, but it's all good. i dance a lot while i'm standing around at the front lol and even though it's hip hop, the crowd isn't all ghetto...it's like a classy south beach crowd. it's connected to a house club that's right next door too so the crowd is mixed.
oh and speaking of the music, i was going nuts over this track he played and i didn't know what to do except for take a video clip from my phone so i could listen to it later and figure it out. i'm so proud of myself, i figured out what it is. :D it's Kid Cudi - Day N Night - Crookers remix. original is sick too.
