Really. Imagine how awkward it would be to hear this from another guy: "Hey, I like to talk with you, let's be friends! Can I be your friend? We can hang out together, play video games, and talk about girls!". Is this how you make friends?
This is not the kind of stuff you need to tell anyone. You befriend someone because of the context, not because of a formal agreement; the same applies to love relationships.

Also, you're totally right about the "formal agreement" , whoever said that. If I tell her I like her, then there will be this awkward pause where she has to reply right then and say what she thinks. I think it would be easier to just get pushed away physically. But timing is also much more particular to wait for the "first kiss" . Hmmm, maybe tomorrow. |

the very first night you went out with her was the time to make a move, this has passed and you failed, move on. i dont think you can do anything about it without making her feel really weird
only way you can ever know if she is in to you is if you bring a girl for a night. see how she reacts. but that could ruin everything also, ...

wait... no I like this idea. It won't ruin anything, especially if his love interest really has feelings for him. Definitely bring a girl (or when you're out have one meet up with you), preferably a hot one, but don't do anything with her except be flirty. I'm going against my gut here by employing a strategy, but this one should yield definite results...lol |
