What should I get? Xbox 360 or PS3?

I thought I had my mind set on a PS3, but Xbox seems to come out with more amusing games.
I'm not a big online gamer, and I mostly play strategy, some RPG, occassional FPS and sports |

Xbox.
Great titles, netflix, 120 GB of storage, Xbox Experience for online.
(forget anybody who tries to sell you on the bluray. everything is moving to digi-download, bluray will be the shortest lived media format ever). |

Honestly...they are both great.
Does Blu-Ray play a factor at all? If does i'd get the PS3 just because it is BD as well and its great at that.
The biggest deciding factor is games. Since most games are available on both consoles, you have to figure out which First Party Games you prefer.
MGS, GT, FF (for the most part) vs. Halo, GOW, Forza, etc.
Gameplay and graphics are pretty much the same right now.
So its all about the First Party and Games and what you prefer.
Since you aren't too big about the online (i'm not either) then thats not too important. But to play online on the 360 = $, for the PS3 = Free (for now at least). PS will be coming out with Home relatively soon.
The 360 just came out with their new XBL.
PS. If you're into the Piracy thing...360 is better :D haha. No BD-Burner/BD discs required!

if you like RTS.. i would suggest NO CONSOLE whatsoever !!!
PC games are the best IMO.. I am not a big gamer at all..
whenever Starcraft 2 comes out ,, i will get that for sure!
why buy a console when they are just going to come out with something better? |
