Just give the championship to Serena. No one is beating her.
She recovers too well. |

pretty much yeah, she's a beast. at times like this i feel for venus because she really should have the career slam but all she can do is sit in the family box and watch serena win...can't believe she isn't just a tiny bit bitter
zvonoreva - safina....i'm on team safina |

I always thought Myskina was a solid player back then, then heard she got caught up in the media hype, and modeled more rather than work on her tennis game.
|
What I don't get is if it's a pro shoot, why the hell would you use a picture where you can see her underwear? Bloody hell that just screams "unprofessional". |

federer dominated the first set
could get boring very quickly if it continues |

Roddick crushed, well there's a surprise. At least he put up more resistance than he did when they played at the same stage in 2007. As long as Federer is still around, he won't be winning many slams in the future, which is a shame because he's a likeable bloke.
P.S Myskina, yum. |

You think? He can come across as a very arrogant person on court. |

| All us right in the world again.... Roddick exiting another major :) |

safina raised her level of play last night and i thought played pretty well. would have loved to see her end it but by that point was exhausted.
the federer-roddick match i didn't see but from the score it looked like andy put up a little struggle. unfortunately for him there is pretty much nothing he can personally do to stop federer. i thought it was somewhat comical that on espn they were playing those quotes from roger saying things like if it wasn't for me he would x number of majors. really at this point roddick isn't winning another major unless someone else takes out roger and rafael for him...
nadal-verdasco tonight |

that was demonstrated all too well in 2007 when she proved she can kick everyone's asses while effectively warming up for the season |

we all know Serena's level of play and athleticism is far above the rest of the women in the tourney. The women cannot outplay her. The only way to beat her is to hope she has a lot of unforced errors.
As for Roddick..... well his excuse to losing to Serena when he was 11 was that she lifted dump trucks at 16. I wonder what his excuse his here after getting yet another beatdown from Federer .......
Nadal-Verdasco. Should be fun. |
