well, music is definitely more important than sex to me. i also don't distinguish between dance music and 'music'. |

| This sounds pretty solid. I like the way he has been changing up his usual formula as of late. |

I'm just making excuses for an ok track that I liked while drunk once.
I still think its fun. |

yeah no doubt, i've deejayed enough to know that it would do the trick
you can anything with an orifice :p
ok my new analogy for this track is 'it's like hooking up with a fat chick when you are drunk' haha
no it's not bad, I just don't see the reason to play/buy this when there is so much in the back catalog that is better. i think this is like assembly-line deep house music, from a factory . i think this is radio slave's whole sonic shtick, and i guess it's kind of cool.
ps check this mix out

House??
Haha I don't get it why it has to have a soul. Dub Techno doesn't have a soul. |

Just another track in the arsenal as far as I'm concerned. I don't think the sample does the track enough justice, it definitely has some oomph in person. |

no, i'm not sure what you mean. dub is all about soul
in fact, the word 'dub' comes from the jamaican colloquialism 'duppy', which is a kind of spirit or ghost.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Duppy
proper dub techno uses the same techniques that were applied to roots reggae and applies them to techno music to achieve a similar connection to the spirit world. |

harsh words! but what you wrote applies to 99% of releases anyway. i see his approach to re-editing all the cabin fever samples in a very literal cut & paste way.
plus, when was cabin fever ever on the front page of beatport? or on beatport at all for that matter? |

By dub techno I meant the "dubby", "compressed" techno Tobias, Ben Klock and the likes usually put out.
Even a lot techno in general lacks soul IMHO. |
