as for techno with soul, i don't really recommend using them to represent 'techno'. that is the blog techno scene du jour, following in the footsteps of people like rob hood, basic channel, jeff mills, etc



ps i dont hate this track, but the vocal really bothers me. otherwise i imagine it could be a nice little rhythm to splice in. maybe it will grow on me

than play this radio slave track. the emotional vibe of the radio slave track doesnt say anything to me except 'numb' or 'mannequin' or 'robot'

i think this is exactly what he's going for though lol.


but yeah i would play this without the vocal samples and without the breakdown, just as a slamming rhythm


its pretty hot around 20 seconds into that sample. keep it raw

isnīt cabin fever a series within rekids? So probably itīs gonna be out on rekids. Cabin fever trax vol. 1 was good. Didnīt enjoy the next volumes too much but definetely have to check new radio slave stuff out.

flatlines a bit too much and too many producers doing the whole old lil disco vocal loop over a monotone beat ala kriece or sis.
