I used to quite often Sun morning after the Raves would close. Very similiar to today although the Dj booth was just a stage I think and they actually had some round tables and chairs...
The couches in the back corenr would just suck you in if you weren't careful... |

I don't care about the drugs, but the place is a hole, and I still firmly believe that people's memories and feelings about the place are coloured by sketch haze and groupthink. I have been there a number of times in the past, sober, and have never gotten the impression that any DJs play better there; and the crowd is really seriously ed up if you pay much attention.
I'm not saying you can't have lots of fun there. Of course you can! But the OP saying that it's one of the best clubs in Toronto? Puh-leeze... |

I heard they used to have tigers protecting the drugs in the back. now they use elves.
I haven't been there since once in 2000 and one other time in 2001 so maybe they don't have the elves anymore. |
