Don't be too sure about that. The judicial system may be archaic but that doesn't mean that they are blind to this. A good judge will be asking which other clubs have been raided and what was found etc vs. amount of times raided over a period of time. Theoretically, all they are needing to prove is victimization and you would have to be blind, deaf and dumb to not acknowledge that.

For all of those out there that support the zone just think, theres people that do drugs and people that dont, drugs are still illegal and the people that want to fight against the drugs (aka the police) will pick on the place that has the highest rate for it, aka the Zone.
|
so what happens when comfort zone gets shut down??? what club will be targeted for having the "highest rate" of drug use? if the police win this battle they will just move onto the next club until they destroy the entire nightclub/afterhours scene all together. |

exactly.
And CZ owners have obviously done their research. They know what they are up against. They wouldn't file a report without solid evidence.
I will bet money CZ win's. |

i've been there like three times... people don't even try to hide their drugs.... and when you see people outside-- its downright scary. no other place i've ever been to was even close. tho i heard film is pretty sketch too. |

I read you're post before you got a chance to delete it, but I agree with you 100%.
Some people are just blind to the fact of what is/was taking place inside there.
