| The place is a real dump...I have been only twice, and I have too much respect for myself to step my foot there again...you can bash me all you want if you disagree, but everyone is entitled to their opinion...I do think that the lawsuit is ridiculous...No way they will win! |

I'd be inclined to agree, except that if they win (which, even the thought of that prospect makes me laugh), it's going to be us the taxpayers that really have to pay for it.
I wish there were some way to just sue Adam Vaughan personally (and not the city) for being a complete douche nozzle. |

Maybe Comfort Zone wont win the $11... but hopefully it will at least gain some respect from the courts and the police/city may have to back off the club a bit.
I think thats all they really want... they just added an expensive price tag to show they are serious. |
