246radio dj competition...screw that.

So last night I played Y Not Lounge for 246radio's Dj Competition. My set went well, but the judge (also the organiser) is a jerk.
lets begin:
-was not paying attention to the djs and what they were doing
-more concerned with making sure his girl was not looking at me
-cut my set short, which was completely uncalled for
-mispronounced my name on numerous occasions (honestly, wouldn't another performer get super pissed off if the Organizer says your name wrong especially after you had a phone conversation with regards to the way its said prior to comp?)
-had to do a face off between 2nd and 4th DJ (I was 3rd) to decide who will advance, lone and behold they both advance anyway. what was the point? plus they were both terrible. argh.
so what do I do? do I give him (the Organizer) a piece of my mind? or let it go and carry on with the fact that I should have advanced in the competition and that he is a piece of ? |

| i think the issue at hand here is maybe you fail to recognize that you're the one that sucks but dont know how to handle it? i dunno, i wasnt there but it just sounds like you're mad because you didnt advance. stop being a baby and try again next time (and practice more). |

its not a question of whether or not i suck. i know when i have done well, and i know when i have done terrible. last night was a one up situation that i picked up on. im over critical about the way i spin. i can always do better, always be better.
i am out of practice, but its like riding a bike; no matter how long its been since you dove it, it comes back right quick.
the organizer has something up his ass in a hardcore way. it hurts casue there was a distinct gap between the way i work the decks by comparison to who i was competing with/against. i hit hard. lots of energy. lots of power. i show respect to anyone and everyone. and the muzik controls me.
im more flustered with what transpired between myself and the organizer more than anything. |

i should eh? what a tool. and i told him how to say my name over the phone in advance cause he ed it up with SIRIUS but clearly there is no "I" after the "R" in my name. |
