Not only did you use completely faulty logic in hating against people in this thread, you have now proved yourself to be a bigot against a group of people, who had nothing to do with this case.

I believe in the economic aspects of P2P architecture. Be it collaborative computing (idle or unused CPU processing power shared over the network), Instant Messaging or Affinity Communities such as Pirate Bay. It is simply more efficient and less resource heavy then the typical methods of distribution. Reducing cost and insuring more so than the current situation allows the redistribution of wealth to the appropriate producer of a product.

With the death of CDs / DVDs and other physical media, information technology will evolve as it always does with the use of new mediums. P2P will be a way of life, where we trade between party A and Party B. Parties can still be represented by any entity, such as a record label or production studio.

side note...
Studies have shown that P2P traffic accounts for 50-70 percent of traffic on consumer ISPs networks... ie you cant stop evolution, you can only conform to it.

ok back to exams..lol... im just soooo bored

When i see artists like lindsay lohan on the news, i realize why i don't pay for music.

When i see artists like Tiesto performing a pure cash grab set, i realize why i downloaded his set.

When i see local artists, i realize i don't have any of their music and support them by attending their shows instead.

Artists make enough traveling and off endorsement deals.

I support the arts, but would rather donate to a museum then buy Paris Hiltons new album (which is sooo awesome!).

Their are too many laws these days "there are laws protecting other laws" (forgot from where).

When an artist copies another

Your points have merit in this argument, but why don't you stop covering up your inability to argue them effecively without name calling and personal attacks?
