Morales always took a steep pay cut (as did many DJs) when he played @ Stereo. He did it for the love of the place. His motto when co-owning it was always "as long as this place breaks even I'm happy". Even that rarely panned out, hence the economic hole they lived in practically since opening the doors. |

You're not wrong at all. Actually, it was when I saw that Angel was back in that I was pretty sure David was out. They both have huge egos (David more so) and while I wish they would, they're unlikely to work together again until some level-headedness kicks in. I really hope I'm wrong about this, but I don't think so.
Sadly another case of ego getting in the way of something amazing. |

I just got an invite to Deep Dish @ Stereo - September 4th....

Both of them? That would be pretty cool. I thought opening night was the Sunday, I guess it's the Friday. :D I can't wait, finally Stereo is back.
The Stereo management has been treating his fans pretty badly the past year and so. Very little information, leading us on, trying to make us donate to a cause under his name (lol if you're on facebook). All we wanted to know is if it was coming back or not. Now we know, and we'll all be there. I'm sure some of you agree with me. |
