at which club do people go to show off some glowsticking, glowstringing, orbiting, and all other kinds of light shows in SF?

| skills night @ paradise lounge? i've heard at el rincon on certian nights esp when hosted by gram (kilogram/too much fun crew). theres lights shows at 1015 too. |

From what I've seen most ravers never do the club thing. Not all, but most.
Two different worlds...different culture, different perception.
Plus glow-stickign hurts the public perception of a club....cause there's usually a reason behind the glow-sticks. Why you are seeing more and more clubs bar them over time. I think it's your right to do it or not, though. |

you sound like a pedophile because quite frankly the only girls that match this description are teenagers.
for the love of god everyone needs to get over the ing glow sticks.

the club is where adults go. the rave is where glow kiddies go.
if you're trying to talk to hot girls, the glow stick is kryptonite.
if you're trying to watch teenagers in whore outfits play with glow sticks, get help. |

For once I actually agree with R!CH.
Theres only a couple good glowstickers Ive seen that still come to 1015, But hardly ever do it anymore. Glowstickers now adays I've seen look like crackheads cause they dont know how to glowstick. |

:rolleyes: i saw young adults glowsticking at Circus, men and women. i say they're young adults cause i chatted with them and they say they're in various stages of college, some already graduated and working full time. yea i guess they coulda been lying, i wouldnt know. but from their looks they don't like anywhere below 19-20 to me. none below 18 thats for sure. i guess make up could lie, dunno.

| When I was younger I used to hate seeing glowsticks at clubs and it really pissed me off. Now that I am older I have an appreciation for them and I really think they do add to the events and the experience. It isn't so much about what people decide to put into their bodies, but what they add to the visual experience and the energy level of the event that I can appreciate. If glowsticks, fuzzies, and mickey mouse gloves help them enjoy themselves better and have a good time, I'm all for it. |
