The sad part is, ive seen this happen in downtown toronto time and time again. And people filming get their cameras smashed by the cops.

This happened to me in Windsor, wish somebody was filming cuz i lost my fight in court because i didn't have enough evidence besides my beaten face.. 20 cops showed up in court all with the same story so i lost my case. If you are over 5'10 cops don't even have to look at you in the eye at all they can just go straight to using force to take you down apparently ?

Well those kicks hurt yeah but who knows what happened before the guy started filming. At the end of the day those kicks werent necessary and simply holding the guy down would have been sufficiant enough.

They should have hit the drunk idiots even harder. Public drunkenness deserves a full beat down....the cop should get a medal for dealing with punks like these.
