So they take me in on a chain to Long Beach. And now they lock me up in the cell behind the courtroom in Long Beach, while I'm awaiting to be heard on my traffic offences! parking tickets! And I panicked, I'm thinking, oh my god, man, while I'm here, you know, holding me, actually what's to stop them? I mean what's really to stop them? oh, I assumed that maybe some day my mother would realize that I should have gotten out! But ah, she was nice, she would have known but still, what's to stop them? And I'm panicking... And finally they call me...Sorry, Oh my god...I am... Scared.

Ok,

regardless of the stuff other than toxins and other petrochemical exhausts that are in jet fuel, - would you put mood altering chemicals (not petrochemicals that are normally contained in jet fuel) into the air if you were the government to control peoples behaviour?

Would the government try to manipulate the people - what about a secret organization?

I've heard stories (tinfoil hat) about how the government has used tons of propaganda in the past, and how the government has performed destabilization operations against both foreign and domestic citizens through various agencies, in an extrajudicial manner - known as spook or disruption operations. Now I won't go into great details, but how would the government feel if a foreign government did this? One might ask, is it even possible to do this? Exactly how much of a chemical would you need to put into the atmosphere to alter behaviour? Wouldn't this get into the water and food supplies also - unless it had a half life of some sort.

Fact is why would the fuel producers and airlines allow it to happen.

Cloud seeding is known to occur but what does silver or dust do to behaviour?

Is it possible - sure the military has used various chemicals to cause behaviour distruptions including recently in the Iraq conflict such as Fallujah.

Do I think the government is doing it domestically, do I think foreign governments are doing it in other countries - I don't know, I do know jet fuel is very bad for the environment as is and likely does cause behavioural modifications - is it intentional - who knows.. jet fuel is economic, if there was a more economic fuel, wouldn't they be using it?

It is clear it would only be used when the situation required it.

Even oxygen and CO2 has a behavioural effect, noticable in thought process, and jets alter these levels.

I was first exposed to the idea of atmospheric manipulation in my teclab 2000 class back around the year 2000.

There have been cases of various tests that have been performed with dispersing chemicals into the air. I believe there may be a lawsuit concerning such practices in the UK during the previous century.

However, this is a far cry from systematic manipulation of domestic aircraft in order to deliver mind-controlling substances to the populace.
