of course of course. trust me i hold far-fetched conspiracy theories in the same regard as you here.
just glancing over the first post that 'sheep incident' was the first thing to come to my mind. that's the kind of thing that actually does happen, and god knows how frequently (in countries with poorer human rights records, for instance)

Yeah, it's a very dangerous chemical called "Condensed Water". In excess, it causes a much distressful event dubbed by scientists and laymen alike "rain".
Unfortunately, Roland cannot help us have more acid rains :(

Ok,
regardless of the stuff other than toxins and other petrochemical exhausts that are in jet fuel, - would you put mood altering chemicals (not petrochemicals that are normally contained in jet fuel) into the air if you were the government to control peoples behaviour?
Would the government try to manipulate the people - what about a secret organization?
I've heard stories (tinfoil hat) about how the government has used tons of propaganda in the past, and how the government has performed destabilization operations against both foreign and domestic citizens through various agencies, in an extrajudicial manner - known as spook or disruption operations. Now I won't go into great details, but how would the government feel if a foreign government did this? One might ask, is it even possible to do this? Exactly how much of a chemical would you need to put into the atmosphere to alter behaviour? Wouldn't this get into the water and food supplies also - unless it had a half life of some sort.
Fact is why would the fuel producers and airlines allow it to happen.
Cloud seeding is known to occur but what does silver or dust do to behaviour?
Is it possible - sure the military has used various chemicals to cause behaviour distruptions including recently in the Iraq conflict such as Fallujah.
Do I think the government is doing it domestically, do I think foreign governments are doing it in other countries - I don't know, I do know jet fuel is very bad for the environment as is and likely does cause behavioural modifications - is it intentional - who knows.. jet fuel is economic, if there was a more economic fuel, wouldn't they be using it?
It is clear it would only be used when the situation required it.
Even oxygen and CO2 has a behavioural effect, noticable in thought process, and jets alter these levels.
I was first exposed to the idea of atmospheric manipulation in my teclab 2000 class back around the year 2000.
the first reasonable response ^
The Wikipedia should simply be called "chemtrails." Its not really a conspiracy theory. At the very least HAARP works off of particles being put into the ionsphere by planes, so the system can work.
Besides that, its not like our government doesnt do things like water flouridation already. Whats the difference if they spray into the air (for various reasons) or they put things into the water like they've been doing for decades now? Water flouridation essentially dumbs people down who drink or use tap water (i.e when you shower with hot water and that water permeates your skin). Its especially effect on the developing minds of children. And in adults, screwing up your thyroid over time, hence all this obesity, because everyones hormones are getting ed up over time.

My dad actually represented a city in making sure the county didn't fluoridate their water system... :p

Why did the city not want flouridation? The govt says its good for teeeeth. Flouride is essentially poison, the same stuff used in World War 2, and in rat poison I believe.

They thought it was mind control and bad for health or something retarded. Needless to say attorneys do not have to agree with their clients. The city remains fluoride free!

I don't like agreeing with him (okay I'm not agreeing since I don't think it's an intentional additive to control populations) but it's a legitimate issue and more and more studies (such as the one above) suggest the EPA should decrease their exposure limits.
