A TTC etiquette campaign the TTC doesn't know about

So, we have loosely formed the Toronto Transit Civility Commission, the TTCC, to remind the public of the responsibilities inherent in travelling with fellow "human" beings. The TTCC are now proud to unveil our first three posters, which you can download below at full-resolution, printable sizes! You can totally print them out and do, I don't know, whatever you want with them! Legal things! And send your etiquette pet peeves to us at [email protected]! We can posterize your peeve, possibly! But remember, this isn't aimed at TTC staff. That's a whole other ball of etiquette wax.

There should be a poster on doors;
IF THERE'S A PERSON BEHIND YOU, PLEASE DON'T RELEASE ME INTO THEIR FACE.... HOLD ME FOR A SPLIT SECOND SO THEY CAN PASS THROUGH UNHARMED. THANKS :) |

Actually, they are.
According to the people who build and regulate them (TSSA), it is advised that you stand still when riding an escalator--something the TTC recommends as well. |
