I thought that set was really energetic! I was hoping to hear a couple different songs from the new album (65.4Hz and What Could Have Been). But he played the Super8 & Tab Remix of Perception! Surreal was really nice to hear in the club. His first 2 hours were really techish for the most part it sounded like. Which is good for the energy, and it definitely seemed like a lot of people enjoyed the track selection. But like I said in the event thread, I was hoping for a trancier set. I also see why the people in New York loved that Big Room Reconstruction of Home. It's a cheesy song, but it was awesome hearing it live like that.

And last but not least, I got the album signed! He was really impressed and surprised by my silver sharpie. :)

Great night though! If ya'll recognize any songs I have as IDs, please help me out! And if the version (remix) I have of the song listed is not the right one, please let me know.

Bring him back as soon as possible Liquified! :)

I agree with your review. He played some good songs throughout the night. You know, I must really be out of the loop, I didn't know that was a Paul van Dyk song. Of course, I've lost a bit of interest in him. Anyways, I thought it sounded good in that atmosphere too no matter how cheesy. As said, could have been more trance, but was still pretty good.

Thanks for letting me use your silver sharpie to get my album booklet signed. Sad it was a little too crazy to get another pic, but at least I was able to get that. Good to see you last night. Also, it was good to see Calamar and meet MunkyAngel and Xevious and others too!

Yeah, great show! I had much more fun than I expected (low expectations not due to Schulz, but rather various injuries and the prospect of working this morning). I missed the final hour of the set, but I'm compensating by listening to Global DJ Broadcast at the moment, so I. Am still in the mix. With Markus Schulz (Markus Schulz).

So when's the next big trance show? Do I need to wait patiently 1-2 months for Armin?

ing finally, someone gets brutalized in a back room at Opera? Yeah, uh, this is the moment we've been waiting for?

(But you're probably referring to the video recording as evidence supporting Opera's vicious reputation, I get it.)

What is with all the trance jocks spamming that Dustin Zahn track?

I'm just finding it increasingly odd that he keeps going back and using these people after the debacle with Tijschrist and now this. There's a track record appearing here and it's rather palpable.

No way in hell was I waiting on Hagen to get beat up, but you know I've wanted all this to get exposure for years!

This is NOT the first time that this has happened, but it IS the first time they've messed with someone who won't stop at a post on the Internet about it!

I witnessed no such thing, but I'm not surprised... you all heard me bitch about a similar debacle at WetBar (and most told me to STFU about it...), but am sorry it ruined the night for some.

It was great running into so many folks, though... I'm still laughing that LeeAnn told me to get a room =P
