OK, so who's your favorite all-time producer? (pg. 7)

fair play then, Alexander Coe & Charlie May (and occasionally Duncan Forbes). its been established that Sasha is pretty much a duo/group but to go say that Alex had nothing to do with most of his productions is pure speculation. from what they've said in interviews, its very much a collaborative thing. |

would not say he had nothing to do but most of the technical work during production sessions were done by charlie may, especially on xpander/belfunk and others for what sasha is known for. |

That's funny, because I just checked the production credits on Xpander and the production was credited on all the people involved. |

And yes, I do know. But you cannot make assumptions based on credits you read on a record (which you managed to misread anyway). |

i think you must be retarded :stongue:
how did i misread a record if it says in clear letters on it who produced the track? do i seriously have to explain this to you?
Post the success of the more experimental ‘Found Sound’, the act took a hiatus, and Charlie May went in search of a new project. Linking up with one of the world’s most acclaimed and technically skilled DJs, Sasha, he was drafted in to help him realise his sonic vision.
Their initial production collaboration was on a soundtrack to hit Playstation game Wipeout 3, and from there, Sasha tasked May with engineering a new version of unreleased Spooky track ‘Xpander’, which was included on the EP of the same name, along with another May/Sasha production, ‘Belfunk’. |

Maybe you should try reading all of the credits instead of just the track-based credits. You know, the bit I just copy/pasted for you. |
