I think your point to be reasonable. A lot of people always jump to conclusions without hearing both sides of the story.

When you reach the point where his own label issues a public statement about what has happened I don't think there's much need for jumping to conclusions.

he isn't going to make his case, because there is no case to make.
lets see:
-he's been found out
-he's been outed by the label that releases his music
-he has not said a word because he got caught with his hand in the cookie jar and essentially destroyed the chances of anyone ever taking him seriously.
no one is going to take a trance artist seriously to begin with, so i have to at least congratulate him on being able to take irrelevance to a whole new level. Onn his death bed he will be able to claim that at least.

I wonder why he has been lying to everyone...We all have a chance to do great or non great things...if we steal from others or wish our lives away we get what we put into life.....A BIG FAT NOTHING..and when you lie all the time the truth will bite you in the back side when you are not expecting it...Mike needs to own up to the truth or admit he stole the music and get on with life....But what about ones self worth to ourselves...Where has that gone with him??????

Labels have done weird things in the past.
Besides, they do anything to shift blame, it's not like they have a personal relationship with them or something.
Maybe the label is trying to cover up their own goof that they accidentally switched tracks? Maybe this guy never approached the label in the first place and they just used his name out of nowhere to steal tracks. And are now shifting blame, who knows?
