Labels have done weird things in the past.
Besides, they do anything to shift blame, it's not like they have a personal relationship with them or something.
Maybe the label is trying to cover up their own goof that they accidentally switched tracks? Maybe this guy never approached the label in the first place and they just used his name out of nowhere to steal tracks. And are now shifting blame, who knows?
You are definately WRONG Sorry but he approached them with his???mix!!!! They did not approach him..He stated he put this together a couple of years ago...This is not the labels fault..they took him at face value believing what he told them was the truth...Is it the truth? That is the clincher! And there is no label in the world that can verify a mix to be the one the person is claiming to be theirs...unless they release it and realize it was produced by another artist!!Like this....

Yeah, that doesn't sound ridiculous at all. Especially when there's no rebuttal whatsoever.

Does it sound any more ridiculous than a guy trying to pass a hit to a label as his own and succeeding in fooling them?

I don't know, after seeing what Sony did with that DRM and how corporations generally make a sport of lying.
I find it just as plausible that they simply mixed up the tracks in an administrative goof and bought the man's silence or something.
Mr.Mystery
All right then.

Has he explained or come forth with his proof???No not that I have heard! And why are you so DOWN on labels, what did they do wrong??Give some guy a chance to profit from his music...why is that bad? It is bad because it looks like the guy pulled a fast one but due to the original artist saying hey that is mine..they did what they had to do and correct the mistake....I would say the label showed alot of class!!!What is your problem...jealous or what!!

Guess what.. There's part two.
Found it on Trancefix...
Rodri Santos
ing anjuna they've been charging people for the same track years.
BeatsAndBeyond
This is like saying every trance track that uses an arpeggio pattern sounds the same.
You could create a similar video using any type of music and any type of pattern, so I don't see what the fuss is about.
