Not me...

I support capital punishment for murder and murder only...

Although, maybe it should be applied to child molestation as well??

you sound so surprised, why?? how many other spouses had no idea what their partner was up to? if he was good with hiding it, then she had no clue

maybe one of the clues was his lack of sex drive with her, but for some reason I don't think she'd immediately assume he's a sexual deviant..

Yes, even from their wifes. People get weird about sex, and it's not uncommon for people to have kinks / perversions that they keep away from people, especially their loved ones. Seriously, the number of times I've had to calm my sister down because her BF was looking @ some rather run of the mill vanilla porn, it's no wonder guys tend to 'hide' these things.

Being an army-wife, chances are she is used to her husband not always being around and having full-access to everything that he is doing.

While I could see the wife having an idea that her husband might have an odd 'kink' - I can believe that she would be oblivious to the whole break & enter thing.

Well, it's seems he was staying at their cottage a lot those trips were always alone. It was closer to one of the bases or something, so I can see how she wouldn't know his exact schedule and he could be out at night a lot.

Some of the clothing was stored at their home though, in boxes from their move so it's weird that she wouldn't have seen those items.

Why? He worked for that pension. As much as I don't like him it's just not right. When you work a portion of your wage goes into the pension plan, along with money that the employer put in too. In the military you have to work for 20 years to get a pension, so he's deserved it. He worked for that pension so him and his wife can live off the money when he's retired. So far his wife wasn't involved with any of this, why should she be stripped of money that her husband earned?

Didn't know he had a wife and that the wife had nothing to do with anything till now..

I still think him as a person DESERVES ALL!

I disagree, as regardless of one's crimes he earned the pension. Now, what should happen is the victims families sue for wrongful death, a restitution order be awarded by the court, the family receive payments from the pension in assignment. This would be the correct legal recourse... you can't just willy-nilly take property away from someone and give it to someone else when it had no involvement with the crime. Proper legal chanels exist.

Ok now I understand how it works...
