I don't understand why the posted his pics on the internet. As much as his crimes were hideous, was that really necessary? Was it a breach of his privacy?

I think pics and videos of his victims should be kept private and not shown in court since he has already pleaded guilty, especially out of respect for their families....

I couldn't care less about his "privacy" at this point though. He's a monster and I think his panty pics should be blown up and posted all over the air force to everyone to see.

They were read in as a part of the public record, so no.

Reminds me of the US judge who got 4 years in the slammer (no pun intended) for using a penis pump during court sessions.

Hmm I don't know about that... Here is a $2 million diamond encrusted brassiere.

-they should be put in front of a moving bullet immediately after being pronounced guilty.

the death penalty seems too easy...this guy already tried to commit suicide prior to the trial commencing...he wants to die...

Its better he suffers in a cell for the next 30 years so he can sit there alone and go insane.

Maybe in the olden days. With the way prisons are nowadays ppl hardly suffering. I remember one email forward being sent around, I think the prison was in England or something. It shows you a bunch of pictures that look like a resort and they tell you to guess what it was, and it was a prison. Everyone hard a computer in their cells, they have game rooms etc.

When I volunteered at the jail in Windsor, there was a guy in segregation that had his own TV.

I was watching Banged Up Abroad though, where this girl went to prison in Japan. Now THAT was a prison. They completely broke her down.

I dunno, I heard Bernardo is living in a 8 ft by 8 ft cell for 23 hrs per day with no luxuries....

I think those convicted of "lesser" crimes (fraud, drug trafficking etc) have it a lot better off in prison...

This Williams guy needs to suffer. Maybe they should put him in a glass cage in the zoo for everyone to mock....

I agree. If the prison is really a place where they can suffer, I prefer prison over death penalty.
