I don't get how Trance is cheesier then house. I understand the lyrics are bleh for the most the part, but if you look away from lyrics it's awesome. To say trance is repetitive and house isn't is stupid. And speaking of cheese, doesn't House incorporate more top 40 into sets? Not saying trance doesn't, but it seems to me that it's WAY more noticeable in house music? I don't know just speaking how I feel.
Plus house sounds are so annoying LOL. I know trance is influenced by it and what not, but most of those houses noises just aren't for me. ! I'd love to be able to like house. Not like I'm close minded. Hate wasting money on tickets for only a few acts and having to find the furtherest, most quietest corner for that hour or two. I try to listen to house sets live, download them and listen to ep's, but every time I do it I just end up wasting my time :/ |
