The crowd for Mike Foyle was atypical. I've been coming to Circus at least once I month since I moved to Cali in May, and that was the smallest crowd I've seen.
The crowds for Halloween, Roger Shah, and Thrillseekers were all much bigger, and I'd bet this event will exceed even those.
And while I bought my ticket for $25 a week ago before the Black Friday deal was announced, I'm not going to get grumpy. I'll just tell myself the extra $5 will go toward bringing more trance to Circus. :)
(they totally still owe me a free drink from the Roger Shah night, though) :P |

If three top-notch trance acts aren't enough to get you to come to Circus on December 18th, perhaps the following will sweeten the deal.
I will be celebrating my 30th birthday that night by hosting an Orange Party (instead of the usual White Party) in the upstairs room. As part of the festivities, I will be on the decks from 9pm-1am.
Over those four hours, my set will span the entire progressive house -> trance spectrum (125 to 140 bpm) and will feature many songs from the break-out producer of the year (in my opinion), Arty. If you can pull yourself away from the awesomeness in the main room, come by, say hi, and listen to some delicious tunes (while wearing at least one orange article of clothing :D).
(Quazar, I promise to play "Dynamik" within the first two hours :tongue2)

Hey now, in2muzikk requests Dynamik more than I do!
I've moved on. My current "let's get this party started" song is "Spencer and Hill - Less Go! (Porter Robinson remix)". Dynamik is still excellent, though. :)
I saw Sean Tyas at Shark Club earlier this year, so I might dip out of his set for a bit to check out your show. I don't own anything orange, though. Plus, I'm so white that if I wore orange people would think I was going hunting. |

| I like sean tyas, but only if he plays a less unicorny set than last year. I first saw him at circus in 08, was a heck of a lot better. Lets hope for the best. can't wait!! |

Yeah, with Circus sometimes it is better to not buy tickets right when they are released... there may be a sudden Black Friday special or something. But usually the prices are so low that it still is a great deal. |
