Simple question. Do you think Rob Ford is doing a good job as Mayor?
.... By the way, if you answer "Yes" you're wrong |

I think a better questions is "when are the Ford brothers getting an NFL team in toronto?" |

It is far too early to tell. Remember he has a four year term, and he just got started.
There are a lot of things he was pushing for, but has had to concede. That at least takes some thoughtfulness, and is a good quality.
He started out as a meat head, but has quickly learned that he has to compromise.
Milled ed Toronto hard over the last 8 years. It is going to be a tough job to get it back on track. |

| Question: how did a 770-million-dollar projected deficit turn into a 139-million-dollar projected surplus over the course of a quiet month? |

It didn't. That deficit is projected for next year.
This year, a small surplus was projected, and the windfall from the land transfer tax was more than expected. |
